   CBD American Shaman’s products, and the majority of industrial-hemp products on the market, contain cannabinoids and, unless specified otherwise, trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Though unlikely, it is possible that users of our products may fail an employer drug test. By purchasing our products, you understand that failing a drug test is a possibility and that you waive the right to make a claim against CBD American Shaman, Shaman Botanicals, Inc., or any of our affiliated companies for any matters related to any drug test you take or the results of any such drug test, including the loss of ehmployment or any employment opportunity or the imposition of a civil or criminal penalty.
 

Shipping:

The average time for an order to be packed is 3 to 4 days. Depending on volume of orders at any given time, this may vary. Shipping time does not affect processing time – the time it takes to pack your order. Processing during our normal business hours usually takes 24 hours, but depending on availability and the volume of orders we are experiencing, can take a few days. The options below are available for you to choose the method by which the shipping service delivers your package from our facility to the destination, after it has been picked up by the carrier. Return Policy:
 All returns must be made Within 30 days of purchase. In order to return, must bring bottle/package to store located at 9231 W. Parmer with original receipt.
